Swifts Creek Secondary College is located in the high country of Far East Gippsland, Victoria. With 69 students in 2005, it is the smallest standalone secondary school in the state which brings many advantages.

The Program encourages students to consider and apply for positions following the normal process of application and interview. The Program facilitates the success of these positions by supplying a 50% salary subsidy for employers who take on local young people.
The program has successfully put 58 local young people into both short and long term part time employment which has translated into over $80,000 of income going to the young people.
