The
course layout was established in 1969 on the
property now owned by the Club, the property having previously been a dairy farm, which was planted with a Pine Plantation in the early 60's. The course design was attributed to local life members, Mr Les Skelton and the late Mr Bob Blackwood. It comprises 3 par threes, 3 par fours and 3 par fives (par72) of 5420 metres in total length (18) and currently has an Australian Course Rating of 70. |

Our Facilities include
a small comfortable
clubhouse with a Licensed Bar / Kitchen. These facilities have evolved from a refurbished former farm cottage with showers and toilets attached. |

Many
visitors camp informally in an area surrounding the Clubhouse
and have attended every Tournament
since its inception in 1969. The region has many other accommodation options for those not wishing to camp. (accommodation listing on omeoregion.com.au) Tournaments are run in October and March. Competitors number from 150 - 250 for the 4 days of each tournament. During these times the camping ground becomes the centre for conviviality between regulars and newcomers who use these occasions as their "holiday". |
